The Simplest Download Manager (And Social Media Grabber)

In the old days, people uses download manager simply because they support 'Pause and Resume' of a downloading file. But modern web browsers already have that feature built in.

1) During the simple installation process, remember to check Firefox/Chrome browser integration if you're using them.

2) Orbit Downloader will now take over any downloads from Internet Explorer, Firefox/Chrome. Further settings such as file types monitoring could be set in 'Tools -> Preferences' under Monitoring.

3) When a download completes, a small pop up notification is shown.

It is called the social media grabber because it can be used to grab video/music/flash content from Youtube, Myspace, Yahoo, Pandora and the like. I'm going to show you 3 simple steps to use this powerful feature.

1) Click 'Tools -> Grab++'

2) A new window will be opened, ignore for now and just go to any website with the video/music/flash content you wish to grab.

3) All available contents to be grabbed are listed in the window, just right click and download the ones you need :) However it only works on Firefox and Internet Explorer when I tested it. Somehow Chrome integration is still buggy.
